Eligibility for Refunds

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the program start date.
• A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 7 days before the start date.
• No refunds will be granted after the training has started.

Transfers and Substitutions

• Participants may transfer their registration to another training date (subject to availability) or nominate a substitute attendee at no extra cost, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the session.

Program Cancellation by Us

• In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a training, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Administrative fees, downloadable digital materials, or already-accessed course content are non-refundable.
